ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received after 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 1 p.m. EST, as well as Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. I am handpacking every order personally. I will do my best to expedite any order if I can, regardless of day or hour if really needed! Call or email me a good, entertaining, or humorous story to justify my extra effort.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
USPS Priority Shipping takes approximately 3 to 4 business days.
Overnight and Second-Day Shipping is available for an additional charge. These are considered Priority Orders and must be placed before 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
International shipping is available to select countries. So far, I have been able to send boxes successfully to Canada, Europe, Panama, and Australia. Reach out and I will do my best to figure out how to get a Skin Harmonics box to you.
PAYMENT METHODS
Skinharmonics.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
We cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.
At this time, Skinharmonics.com cannot accept any credit gift cards. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
SALES TAX
SkinHarmonics.com is required by law to collect sales tax on orders placed in California and Colorado.
RETURNS – MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items purchased through SkinHarmonics.com online store for a full refund, if within 14 days of purchase original purchase and you have used less than 2/3 of the contents. There is no refund for shipping cost, for simplicity’s sake, and we cannot accept any used or unused skincare products after 14 days. To return your purchase, you must first call Skin Harmonics customer care at 1-805-450-1686 to attain our mailing address. You are welcome to use any mail provider that is most convenient for you, however, please note that Skin Harmonics.com is not responsible for shipping fees or lost/stolen packages. For returns, your account will be refunded via Venmo or PayPal (your preference) once we have received your return shipment.
FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
We will promptly, gladly, and apologetically replace any damaged or defective item immediately.
If your product arrives damaged, immediately contact Skin Harmonics Customer Care at 1-805-450-1686. Do NOT discard the box nor any contents for possible shipment inspection. Please take photos, as the shippers require a verification of the lost or damaged goods in order to provide any reimbursement. Failure to keep all contents of the package may invalidate a refund or replacement. If an item is leaking, place entire contents, including the box, inside a plastic bag.
If an item is missing, immediately contact Skin Harmonics Customer Care at 1-805-450-1686 to notify us of the situation.
