1. Agreement

By creating an account, placing an order, or using skinharmonics.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Accounts

An account is required to check out. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Our products are cosmetic skin care; they are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a qualified medical professional for any skin condition.

4. Orders, pricing & availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may correct pricing or inventory errors and cancel any affected order with a full refund. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize the charge of the full order total including products, shipping, and any applicable tax.

8. App Programs

The educational App Programs are for personal use by the registered client only and may not be redistributed, recorded, or resold. 

9. Intellectual property

All site content — text, graphics, photos, video, course materials, logos, and the "Skin Harmonics" name — is owned by Skin Harmonics or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, mirror, scrape, or republish the content without our written permission.

10. User content

If you post reviews, comments, or testimonials, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape pricing or content, resell products outside the U.S., or impersonate any person or business.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and all products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Skin Harmonics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Skin Harmonics harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any dispute is in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
